Default Friday Off Work - Made a Butt (PRON)

Threw a butt on late last night and pulled it off the WSM this morning. Held in FTC until lunch. I had to run to the store, and I saw some flanken style shorts on a quick sale special. I had plenty of heat left, so I put them in the smoker for an hour and finished off on the stove in a cast iron skillet. Nothing like using beef as the side dish to your pork.

Nice. I had some short ribs with my smoked wings and pork tenderloin last night myself.

Vegetables are overrated.

Yeah, I have a hard time calling them Korean when not cooking them with any Korean seasonings/sauce. Just salt, pepper, garlic and onion on these (and some beef tallow for the skillet).
