Default Crustless Pulled Pork Quiche

I've been wanting some quiche for awhile now. This latest 'pie throwdown' gave me the motivation to finally make myself one.

Simple Ingredients List:
-Half & Half
-Spice Rub
-Shredded Cheese
-Mustard Sauce
-Leftover Pulled Pork From A Smoked Pork Butt

I didn't have a pie pan, so I waited 'till my roommate went to work, then I borrowed his Deep Dish Pizza pan.

Beat the eggs, then mixed in the half & half, cheese & some spice rub. Mmm... Savory Custard:

Then took the leftover pulled pork, and tossed it in some mustard sauce(pic is pre saucing):

Then just pour the custard in:

And after cookin' some, gotta let it set:

Delicious quiche:

Almost forgot the drink!
