Practice cook in Dayton, OH

To prepare for Carmel, IN, I'm setting up a practice cook for May 5-6 in Dayton, Ohio. A good friend runs the Life Enrichment Center, which feeds, hands out groceries and trains inner city people in Dayton. He may be able to provide some of the meat for a practice cook, and the idea would be that volunteers for the center would help judge and get to partake of the bbq from the cook. A great way to do a practice as well as say thanks to a great group of people. The center is fenced and safe, and water and electricity should not be a problem.

if anyone is interested, please let me know ASAP so we can have time to make sure all is set! It would be a great annual kick off for the area teams, too, I think.
