Default Lets Play Name That Smoker!!!!

So I was going to pick up a Brinkman Gourmet charcoal smoker for $15 off of a local CL ad and My Lovely Wife insisted that I hold off for one more day so we could enjoy an evening together. I did what any Man in my position would do and said "Yes Dear" and what do you know, the smoker sold to someone else!!! My Wife did feel bad and I wasnt too heartbroken but I came across an ad for another smoker with one picture and a description that reads "Red Smoker"... Thats it. They are asking $100 and when I called they couldnt tell me anything more than " Its Red, Its been used Twice. Theres no rust." Can you Ladies and Gents assist me in identifying the model and make from this picture, and Do you think it is worth $100??? Thanks for the help, and the guesses!!!

Run away! Run away!!!

100 bucks for an el cheapo Brinkmann that retails for that (Or even MUCH less) brand new?

From the color it might well be electric too.

Now, having said that, these cookers can be modded and can make some good food, but that price is WAY out of line.

I was thinking it was a Gourmet, had my hopes up that it was something a bit better than that... I will see if I can get them to come down on price from $100 to $15!!! That would be some bartering that my Grandad would be proud of!!!

Even those are still around 100 or less. Get a brand new one from Amazon for that and free shipping to boot.

If they will sell it for $35, it might be worth a conversion to charcoal. When properly modified, those little things will perform just like a WSM or UDS. The only downside is cooking real estate, since they are like 14.5" cooking grates.

That capitulation to the wife's (unforgivable) request is not too unlike The Stones' to Ed Sullivan.

Webers about to drop a 14.5 wsm if you want something that small and willing to holdout. Word on the street anyway.
