Default A Lunchtime Quickie...

No... this isn't Woodpile... Calm down...

But it is lunchtime! I took a left-over baked potato, nulked it, added some crumbled fatty (not really visible), some nuked frozen broccoli and corn, some shredded cheese and nuked the whole thing to heat and melt the cheese, and then added some salsa. Instant lunch!

Wow. what type of salsa is that? It looks like cranberry sauce!

(I would have said that it looked good, but you ruined it with that broccoli stuff)

Dang store-bought frozen broccoli. Cant choke it down. Besides that the spud looks fabulous.

BTW, Ive already got my broccoli planted. Its the only way I can eat the vile weed - cut it fresh then steam it minutes later.

The frozen, undercooked stuff, is supposed to be used as plate fillers in restaurants. You use it to push around with your fork while you are looking deeply into your SO's eyes and talking ernestly. Keeps you from messing up good food while you aren't paying attention.

It really does look red, doesn't it? It's just the picture. It's Chi Chi's bottled stuff. I had 20 minutes between conference calls, so I had to use what was in the house. I always prefer fresh broccoli when I can, but the frozen stuff isn't bad with enough cheese and salsa! :)
