Love my 22.5" WSM and just this past weekend I did a 12 lb brisket on my brother's new 18.5" and man did it run rock solid all day. Can't go wrong with a Weber.

I tried a cook one time using a similar smoker and it tasted like creosote. I think it had something to do with my dampers being partially shut and maybe putting the meat on too soon as well. Been scared to try the minion method ever since.
