Default Brisket slicer

You can see it on the Mid Atlantic BBQ Assn site:

I very highly recommend this knife. I demo'd one at the Laurel Sam's Club contest and was blown away (made my Victorinix slicer seem like a butter knife). Great weight, terrific design (the slight curve in the blade is a real plus) and top quality manufacture.

If you can get to a contest where Mike will be, ask him to try one out. You will not be disappointed.

So called? I'm not sure why you phrased it that way, but every time I use mine I comment on how much I like it. It is a great knife and worth every penny!

I bought the 14" brisket knife from another vendor before I found out that they were being sold here, but let me confirm that it is a very nice knife that does an excellent job. I have always used the Wusthof knives in the classic line but my regular slicer does not compare to the brisket knife for this purpose.
