Posting a pic of a local BBQ place's menu. Prices are high but they make the best Q in the area. BTW they are packed everyday.

At the current price of Angus brisket and Duroc pork it's reasonable.

So they sell everything by the pound? It this a sit down place or is everything take out? If people are paying it sell it.

Those prices look pretty good, if the meat really is Duroc, Berkshire and Angus. Most places don't sell those kinds of breeds.
