If you want to know how well they work check out the results from Rockford Sams regional event. Look at the teams in that contest I don't care where you want to compete that is a tuff as any entry list. UDS won GC

The ribs that won the Royal last year were cooked on a drum smoker. Not a particularly ugly one, though.

We cook on 4 UDS's at comps one for each category .. And they got us to The Jack this year ...Auto in RI.
