Howdy! The call me "rabbit" or "rabbithutch." You might have seem my posts on other forums.
I'm a retired geezer in the 8th decade of his life who just took up smoking meats and other things a couple of years ago. I'm still at the MES 40 and mini-WSM stage, but I might be shopping CL for a decent wood smoker. (Retirees have to find bargains or do without.)
Originally from eastern NC, I'm big on pork BBQ with vinegar-based sauce; but I've lived in TX for about 20 years, so I've done a few briskets (as well as the obligatory chickens, turkeys, Boston butts, et al).
Remember I'm a newbie (even if long in the tooth) so be gentle, please.
