I use it on tri-tip along with some Carne Asada Rub. Makes a great sliced beef taco.

Adobo is used lot with pork and chicken. Sorry I don't have any particular recipe though.

Uuuhhhh, everything! Really, chicken and pork to asparagus and broccoli, oh yea, killer on oven roarted new pototoes. When we want some healthy, marinate boneless-skinless in mojo overnight, then dust with adobo and grill for salads. Just need a little fresh grounf pepper to even it out.
