hopefully posting this in the right area looking for a fall 2013 class in the Midwest area that's affordable $300 to $500 suggestions appreciated

check out the listings in the KCBS Bull Sheet, many are listed there. You can also check the classes section at the top of the competition segment in this forum. OR just keep reading right here and you get really good info on all things bbq!

Most classes are set up for the spring, just before comps start. You get a lot more choices the . Although I hear there is a good one in Chicago in February that raises money for cancer research... by a couple of legit world champions...

I would ask for an early christmas present and attend the Hawg with a Heart class at the American Royal.


Then take the new found knowledge and make mad cash with pig roasts. your ROI will be quick. And up to 1300.00 is tax deductible
I can't keep up with the demands for pig roasts this summer, at an average of 850.00 a pig
