Default I'm lumpy

Switched to lump for today's baby back smoke in the UDS. Sorry I do not have any photos to show. Got them on a little late and everyone was itching to eat. Let them ride for 4 hours with no foil. Mopped them for the last half hour with curley's bbq sauce. Smoked with peach wood. Best ribs I have EVER done.

Next time, pron will happen.

I think no foil is the way to go, and lump as well.. Good choices mean good results.
