Default Phubar's Lowland Smokers @ Little Catering Gig in Gemert Pron

Yesterday we had to do a little catering gig for a cooking club.
There were about 18 people to Pheed including 3 pregnant women and 1 with a nuts allergy.....no Phunny comments on that last one.

We had a beautiPhul day,the clients were very nice including their guests...location was very sweet.
Everybody enjoyed our Phood and the preach of BBQ.

We made served...

-toasts topped with sundried tomato paste,prosciutto,rucola,shredded cheese

-marinated shrimps

-pork tenderloin

-turkey breasts

-picanhas

-Quiche pizza pie

-Quiche Lorraine/Padawan

-claPhoutis

-some other sides,salads and sauces
