Default Really late 4th of July BBQ pics

Sorry for the late 4th of July post. I have been sick for a while and have not felt like doing much of anything.

This was our 1st big cook with the 120 gallon offset smoker. Also got to use the Frank-in-Weber. Huntin Smoke (my son) took on the job and did all of the cookin. I was in the house sick. We had pulled pork, wings, brats, moinks and all the fixins. Everyone brought a dish. We had about 50 people stop buy that day to hang out. Later we watched the city fireworks from the front yard that night.

Cool set-up for cooking and entertaining!
Sucks to be sick when it is your time to shine, very cool to still have pulled it off Huntin Smoke and spend some time with family.
If you are not feeling better, hopefully soon!
