Hey guys sorry to bother again but I've had the shoulders wrapped in foil and a towel in a cooler since 9:30am but realistically we're probably not going to be eating until around 3:30pm. Is the meat going to be okay with that or should I hold it in the oven at a certain temp?

keep it wrapped in foil in the cooler w/ towels taking up the empty space. It will stay hot for 6+ hours in the cooler.

Sorry for the delay had to go on a trip after smoking these shoulders but wanted to share some pics of the final product. Everything turned out very good! Even after sitting in foil and a cooler for almost 6+ hours when I took the shoulders out to pull them apart they were super-hot still and very tender. Thanks for all the tips and suggestions here!!

Looks really good, this is getting me excited to throw on a butt of my own on my newly built UDS. Good Job!
