Love this thread!!!! It makes me smile when hunting and great cooking come together. The only thing I could even begin to suggest is to reserve some of the sausage mix before stuffing and use in a smoked meatloaf!

Thank you Grain Belt! I love your meatloaf idea. I used all of this batch for sausage but can make another batch... still have quite a bit of venison in the freezer. Thanks so much for the kind comment and the idea.
