Default Turkey/Chicken Spatchcock Dimensions

I have a strange question. When you spatchcock an average turkey (say 14lb) and a chicken (say 5-6lb) does anyone know how much longer the turkey will be?

My guess is that it will be significant. 6" or more.

I would suggest you buy a tape measure, a turkey, and a chicken....
