Default taster choice

Need some help from my fellow brethren I am competing next weekend in a taster choice and have no idea what to fix. All I do know is it has to be enough for 100 people any ideas? My wife said to try to make some BBQ chicken ans cut it so it resembles chicken nuggets any other ideas would be a great help

I prefer discreet samples, not chunks. If you can really rock the pork, do pulled pork in cups. Or, wings, wings are always good, easy to eat, simple and everyone likes them.

I'm in the chopped pig slider camp. Kings Hawiian dinner rolls, a little vinegar red cabbage & jalapeno slaw, and a Mustard based sauce like Roxy's SC Mustard sauce

Roxy's SC Mustard BBQ sauce

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Yellow mustard
1/4 cup onion finely minced
2 cloves garlic pureed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For a smoother sauce, blend on high for a few minutes.
