I am looking to moding my New braunsful hondo They say to add aluminan flashing but does not say how to keep it from Unrolling it self?

Oh. ModIFICATION. Not modERATOR. Was about to say. There's no help for those guys. Well, the ones hangin out with Neil right now anyway...

As to the flashing, once it's unrolled to the diameter of the chimney, it should stay as is according to the tip? So it's not doing that?

I have not bought it says it you just unroll it to the diameter of the stack but nothing about how it will stay together. I didnt want to go buy it and i wont hold. i am not very mechanical. My wife is more mechanical than i am

Self tapping screw should work.

no need for fastening . just roll it up , stick it in and let it unroll til it contacts the stack . it's that simple .
