Default Omelette Fatty (Pr0n)

Some Sunday night fatty pr0n for you all! This is only my 2nd fatty, the 1st being a very basic cheese/onion/garlic fatty. This time around I wanted to try out, what I call, the omelette fatty! I tried to take all the necessary pics...this is sort of cliffhanger because it just went on the mini-wsm so I'll update in a couple of hours. Here are some prep pics though:

Plain JD sausage rolled out in a Ziploc bag:

The egg part of the omelette:

I saw some Scotch Egg fatties, but it I opted to 1/4 the eggs instead of put them in there whole:

Some green pepper and onion (that I chopped up for bacon wrapped dogs a couple nights ago but forget to set out ):

Chopped up:

This is all the bacon I had thawed:

Ziploc bag cut open to roll the fatty:

The beginning of an over-stuffed fatty:

Added the fixin's (onion & green pepper):

Gotta have some cheese, right?!:

All rolled up:

My seasoning (See previous thread http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...php?t=165275):

All wrapped up. Per my pic above, I didn't have enough bacon thawed to do a proper weave...but this will do in a pinch:

Getting a few coals ready with a chunk of hickory (notice my handy-dandy coffee can chimney):

...and my handy-dandy coffee can chimney remover (I'm cheap!):

Here's my setup with my grillin' buddy Ralphie:

All set up (ignore the thermometer, the fatty isn't on yet):

And here we are, she's nestled nicely on the mini-wsm:

Killing some time while she cooks...it's farking how out though, so back inside for a little 'King of the Hill' on Netflix:

Stay tuned for the final product! It's completely over stuffed but I've got my fingers crossed!
