Default Please ID this brisket

I bought this at Costco because I didn't want just a prepacked brisket flat. Is this just an untrimmed brisket flat? It just says beef brisket USDA Choice.

My sources from beyond the grave say....no. However, I'm only 21.55678% accurate without a pic. And that's a guarantee!

Costco by us only sells the flats and they trim the heck out of them. I ask the meat cutters for one that is still vacuum sealed and not trimmed.

The one I picked up from Costco a couple weeks ago was exactly that. No burnt ends for you.

What I am looking at appears to be a flat. But, there could be some point meat on the other side.

I dunno. Length VS width would indicate to me that it's just a flat with no point at all.
