Default 4th of July BBQ Sauce Over & Unders

I made some pulled pork for our family cook out today and I was excited to try two new (to me) sauces I just got from BPS yesterday.

Big Bob Gibson Red Sauce: I'm a fan of the white so I really wanted to try the red. Its a solid sauce, no complaints. I like that it leaves room to sweeten up if you need to.

Smokin Guns Sauce: I'm a big fan of their rubs so I had high expectations for their sauce. Perhaps I set the bar too high in my mind but this sauce is terrible. I'm tempted to just throw the rest of the bottle away. Its lacking something and leaves a bad aftertaste. Very disappointing. Anyone else had the same experience with this sauce?
