Default Beef Short Ribs on the Cook N Kettle Sr

Marinade in 1 cup Allegro Original and 12 oz homebrew Irish stout beer. Soaked roughly 24 hours. Rubbed with French's yellow mustard and McCormick's Cowboy Rub. Fired up the old Cook N Kettle Sr with hickory lump and chunks. Pic taken 2 hours into smoke. Poured additional Irish stout beer over ribs for the 3rd hour before removing and wrapping in foil to set.

Here is a group portrait with some hot and mild links. Kabasa's in the background.

This one has a nice fat cap.

This one is a bit leaner.

Here are a few ABTs.

Thanks for looking.
