Default First meatloaf thanks to the brethren

Saw a post yesterday, had some ground thawed. Wow.
Never use an oven again.

Looks good. You could also try turning out onto baking paper to get smoke on 4 more sides.

looks good! As suggested above turn it on to parchment paper to get more smoke.

Smoked is the only way to go with the old meat loaf! Try it over mashed potatoes with onion gravy- see savageford's thread if interested.

Will look up those mashers.. Been loving the crisp bakers on the weber. Had a wet and crappy spring here, so I have some carbon credits to make up.
