Default Weber Platinum Performer in Blue

Been a bit of an absentee moderator the since beginning of year due to relocation to NC that is finally reaching the finish line and can get back to normal very soon.

Just bought a Weber Platinum Performer in Blue to complement the WSM (which the movers crushed the handle on, so I had to order new door for that too)

It's been so long since I've cooked anything outdoors (mid Nov 2012)... I hope I remember !!!

I like the Platinum Performers. Get out and re-aquaint yourself with the outdoors and grills.
