Today Phour of the Lowland Smokers went to cater about 50 people.

Very simple...put a layer of course seasalt in a aluminium container,put a layer of shrimps on there,cover the shrimps with more salt,smoke indirect till the shrimps are pink,brush off the shrimps,peel and eat.
