Prime Tri-Tip seasoned with Southern flavor original charbroil and Southern Flavor's Garlic seasoning on the grill @ 450*





It's ready to pull looks wonderful

Tri-Tip and Jackie's Ratatouille, the Tri-Tip looks and taste right and the ratatouille with Parmesan cheese made a delightful meal

Very nice. Was the taste worth the extra cost? I really want to do a prime TT, but the price always scares me off.

I really like the look of Jackie's Ratatouille. Well cooked, but not mushy. The TT looks perfect too. What was the IT when you pulled it?
