Default tonight's thighs n' fatties

I decided to make some thighs and fatties for tonight. First I loaded up the lump.

got my mini UDS fired up

roasted some peppers and garlic

I also cooked some onions with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Added green chile, toasted pecans and pepper jack cheese.

I made two fatties, a big one wrapped in bacon and a small one without.
