Default Me Cooking a 60th Anniversary Party

I was asked to cook some ribs on a gas grill for the party. I ended up bringing my WSM, Undercover shelter and some other "stuff" in the car. Did baby backs, country style ribs and chicken thighs before it was all done.

No one used the BBQ sauce. As Cowgirl says. "It was tasty".

Made me honggy!! It all looks outstanding. I have never seen a Jug of Maple Syrup that big, given the cost, was there a 12 yr old Gang banger armed with a .357 just out of the frame guarding it
