Thumbs up Smoked Corned Beef Packer

I felt like experimenting with smoking this ginormous corned beef. I read up on all the Brethren advice and had my plan, with a twist-or spin would be more accurate. I know it's ridiculous to use the rotisserie to smoke a 13 lb corned beef, but I was in the mood to use it.

After 6 or so hours on the smoke, I then braised it for 2 hours in Guinness on a bed of cabbage and carrots.

Came out awesome. Be sure and soak and change water for several days as the smoking process will over concentrate the sodium on corned beef.
