Default Orange wood smoked pork loin...

Sunday afternoon cook....
Found this pork loin on sale and marinated with webers smokey mesquite and everything seasoning I got at Pechanga this weekend.

Smoked with orange wood.



Maribel made zucchini and Onion rings



Beautiful weather and good music

Looks fantastic! I just cooked with orange wood for the first time this weekend and LOVED it. Wish I could've made it out to Pechanga.

It was fun out in pechanga. Spent time with Steve from vicious smoke and Bob Bass. Finished the day having beers with a tribal member and her husband. Great times.

That looks awesome as always Tony.
You remember about how long it took to get it145? Did you run the kettle topless the whole time? Got a loin I'm going to split into multiple cooks and from the looks of yours.... you're going to help me :-)

It took me about 1 hour 30 min or so.
I banked a chimney full of charcoal away from the table and had bottom vents and top vent open. Lid on for I direct heat..
