Honestly, no idea! My wife made the rub up on the go, and the pot contains our "Essence of Q" sauce which I have no idea of its ingredients at all (I only know the super secret component, which is the juices of the pork dripping down into the pot).

rub: here speaks the wife ;)

Salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, onionpowder, chillipowder, garlicpowder

essence of "Q":

2 cups ketchup, 1 cup applejuice, 1/2 cup worcestersauce, 2 tablespoons onionpowder, 1 teaspoon garlicpowder, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey
