Default Two Teenagers Running a BBQ Business

On July 4 of this year I thought that I would start a Facebook page for my two boys who had expressed some interest in the BBQ business just to have some fun, post some photos of items we cook at home, etc. with no plans on selling any BBQ but maybe working toward helping the community and church a bit while building a potential customer base. Well it was kind of like a fire started and it's been growing ever since through one happy person telling another and through social media. The boys are selling whole butts every weekend and they've cooked for some big charity events & for their football team and even their rivals. The money is better than most jobs available to teenagers & they are learning some great life lessons. Just wanted to take a minute to say that I'm proud of these guys & to say thanks to this forum. I've learned a lot here. If you're on Facebook, please give their page a like. http://Facebook.com/wrightbrothersbbq

Thats great! Before they go too much farther have them check out the various food safety and food vending requirements and if health dept permits are required. Don'tlet the "great life lessons" turn into nightmares.
