Talking Newbie from Holland, Zwolle

Hi guys and maybe even girls

I am a newbie on the block from far far away...namely the Netherlands! Yes!!!

My name is Marc Collet and I BBQ for 4 years now and I enjoy it that much that I started my very own Youtube Blog just 2 weeks ago.

Although I am not that good, I really like to share my ideas, creations and als mistakes (what is life without fun ) with people who also like cooking outdoors.

Well here some shots of my crib... I'm looking forward to add some fresh ideas into the forum mix and I'm looking forward to learn from y'all American Pitmasters

So....thank you for existing...brethren forum! Great to be here!

You find some great recipes on my youtube channel...If you want some recipes as a video please do a request. I'm more then happy to answer to your calls :D

http://www.youtube.com/mroutdoorcooking

Cheers and have a good Q session every day!
