I'm curious as to why you cooked the sausage in a pan?

It is homemade sausage made by a friend. The casing was a bit weak so I was worried it wouldn't make it directly on the grill. It was great!

If it was my Italian sausage, ya would have had to fry it or make it into a patty as I haven't gotten the stuffing of it into the casing down yet. It all looks good though.
