Default Short ribs and shin steaks

Two weeks ago I picked up a pork shoulder and a pack of short ribs, cooked them up on the ECB at my friends house....OMG...like little mini-briskets with a bone handle! So this weekend I decided to do just a few more.....18 to be exact.

Started out with a yellow mustard massage, followed up with cowboy rub, jalepeno dust, and some smokehouse maple. Taking a 3 hour nap on the Magnum around 250 degrees.....Lets see if i can find a way to attach pics.....

I'll update after a few hours when they go into a cute aluminum sided sauna filled with SBR, worchestershire, Cholula, and coke.

The end result.....

Absolutely awesome. Sweet, tender, tangy, spicy bits of beef on a bone handle.

Thanks for looking!

John, They pretty much fell off the bone. When I took a bite, it was like beef butter. Meat bit clean, only the meat you actually bit came off. Upon taking my first bite, my knees buckled, and I got goose bumps!

Stargate.....You have got to try some of these
