Default Ribs and Smoked Bacon Pron

3 Ribs and some bacon were sitting at a bar ....

They got in my belly!

Smoke looks right

After an hour

Bacon looks good from several angles

Sauce the ribs

Saturday Dinner

Sunday Brunch

Thanks for looking and I don't know why the photos look dark - the ribs looked much lighter than the photos.

I don't know what kind of neighborhood everyone is living in. Keep seeing guard dogs in the pictures. Sure would hate to se someone arrested for grand theft barbeque.

My Lab is so friendly that more than likely he would help someone load my smoker up. He never met a stranger and if you feed him you will never get rid of him.

I hope you gave the dog some bacon after making him stare at it.

This is the first time I smoked bacon and I have never tried the whole belly. I was very good and at first I thought I over smoked it but it came out very good.

Sure! Use the site-specific Google search near the bottom of the page and you'll find info on smoking pork belly.
