Default It was a MONSTER!

Well.......maybe not a monster, but it was a biggun!

Weighed in at 1# 3.5ozs

Seasoned with Montreal steak, Worcestershire and gr garlic
On the Smokey Joe....over lump with a little mesquite.

Plated with some Tarragon butter

A couple more shots

Absolutely delicious!

Thanks for looking.
