Angus Brisket fridge time ???
Hello.
I went to RD total ( friday ) thanx to KCBS member card. Purchased nice Angus Brisket. How long can I keep it in the fringe? It does not say much on the label.

with out knowing the Kill date ( stamped on the Case) it is hard to say I would think you will be good for 1 week if you keep it in the coldest part of your referigerator: Bottom shelf and all the way in the back. If you have the kill date then 45 days.
