Happy Father's Day to everyone.

So far my day has been great!
- Smoker up to temp
-ribs prepped
-Placed on the smoker

Is it too early for a beer?

When is it ever too early? I'm doing three racks of baby backs from Restaurant Depot today. Happy Fathers day

Rick....if your going to drink beer all day you have to start early. AND my Grandpa always taught me its a Misdemeanor to have a pit smoking without a open beer somewhere.
