The newest addition to the family here in our little urban oasis. I got tired of grilling on gas.

I've been cooking on the Weber much of my life, even smoked a 25# turkey for Christmas dinner years ago. Very happy to have one back in the quiver. Agree on the rib eyes, nothing better than a dry aged rib cooked over a good quality lump coal.
