Hello BBQ people! Happy to join the site. I've got a lot to learn and little to teach, but I do love cooking and eating Q.

Cooked 2 butts yesterday on my big weber kettle with some good GA pecan wood. Someone on here (not sure who) showed me how to modify the thing with fire bricks. Worked great - thanks for the tip!
