I just used the Google search near the bottom of the page and search for "turkey brine" and there are at lest 10 pages of results.

Here is one of my favorites...

Smokin Okies Holiday brine

Smokin’ Okie’s Holiday Turkey Brine:
1 gallon water
1 cup coarse Kosher salt
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons black pepper
3 - 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 oz. Morton’s Tenderquick (optional)

I leave out the Tenderquick.
