Default Potato and Bacon Salade -Tony Stone competition inspired

I tasted some awesome potato salades on the Tony Stone (KCBS) competition in The Netherlands. It was a side dish competition mainly for the public, before the real competition started. I really got inspired by some of those potato salades and since bacon makes everyting better I decided that this was going to be a potato and bacon salade. This is the result

I'll give the greek yogurt and grilled onions a shot! Two things I've never used in tater salad.

Question...is that homemade mayo used? It has the color of homemade, that's why I ask.

No its not home made, but there are some great quality mayonaise out there. Which could pass as home made. So I use them (just a little lazy )

Might just have to try that - I can't make decent potato salad to save my life.
