Now is that real Q, or the fake plastic stuff that you see in Chinese and Japanese restaurants. That's way too good looking to be real Q. OK, tell the truth, you are really a food stylist.

About half of it. The pork ribs are gone, the tenderest I have ever had, the brisket is down to one slice. Still have some chicken, the beef ribs and the pulled pork.

The 2nd pic is the pork brisket strips I keep talking about cooking. They aren't the highest quality meat, but smoked they are good eatin'!
