I just repainted my UDS since it was start to rust in spots and can't help but show off my first brisket. It was an Excel USDA Prime that weighed 11lbs. Cooked surprisingly fast at around 9 hours or so. I didn't time it let the meat tell me when it was ready.

Looks great! Brisket is definitely on my list of things to try this year.
 
Love the pic of the glowing coals right below the rack. Well 20" below but what a fine brisket a UDS cooks!
