First Brisket

I just repainted my UDS since it was start to rust in spots and can't help but show off my first brisket. It was an Excel USDA Prime that weighed 11lbs. Cooked surprisingly fast at around 9 hours or so. I didn't time it let the meat tell me when it was ready.

Thanks. I was very happy. I used to be a pulled pork fan...this turned me on to brisket for sure.
