Default Broke in the SS Vault Bertha Pork Spares

Got her all seasoned up Saturday and played with the temp some...I like it..

Cooked with wicked Good Lump and some apple chunks...mama and the kids loved it.. Memorial Day weekend its Brisket and a Stuffed Azz...The stuffed pork butt will have a pound of cajun rice dressing inside..pictures of that next week.
