Default Rainy Day Ribs w/Pron

Brother in-law came back home after being gone for 7 months and requested some of my ribs for a picnic we were having for him. It rained like hell in the AM while getting the pit going but I managed to get it under control. Used some Oak wood for the first time as well as my usual Hickory & Mulberry combination. Ribs turned out pretty tasty and barely had enough left-overs for lunch on Monday.

The Ribs:

The Rubs:

Before Trimming:

Dropped on the Smoker:

The Smoker:

Some gluten-free ribs before coming off the pit:

Freshly sauced and ready for the last 20 minutes:

Ready to Serve:

Plated up:

Thanks guys. With the help of this site my ribs have come a long ways over the last year.

Gluten free = Celiac's Disease = I was out of Cookies so my mother-in-law will have to use her own sauce when I take them to the picnic
