Default Wisconsin newbie

As stated, I hail from Wisconsin just south of Green Bay. I've been attempting to master the art of BBQ with a UDS I built last fall. My UDS is nowhere near as pretty as the ones I've seen on this sight (in fact, it's absolutely hideous) but it gets the job done. So far pork and poultry are the only two meats to go into the smoker but I'm finding with each experience the end product gets a little better!

In the end it will be okay.
And if it's not okay, it's not the end.
